License – We grant you a non‑exclusive, revocable license to use Paperclip Book Check on the web and via our iOS/Android apps.

Eligibility – You represent that all documents submitted are accurate and lawfully obtained.

Restricted use – No reverse engineering, data scraping, or unlawful content.

Availability – Service is provided “AS IS” for the United States only; we may suspend access for maintenance or security.

Limitation of liability – To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination – We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

Governing law – State of Delaware, USA.
