• Allow to league managers to verify age/grade compliance and display roster status.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve and secure the service (analytics, fraud detection).

Storage & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES‑256) on U.S. servers.
Documents are retained for the active season.
